• Suggested filter replacement every 4 weeks.

• All products, QC (quality control) process complete 2 times. When we received the products and when we ship the products.
• Company Policy; Exchange with in 5 days, after inspect the product. The Product has to be in same condition, however shipped out from the ware house.
• For exchange purpose; shipment fee, coming back from costumer side and going back to costumer, double-way fee have to pay by costumer.
